ELKRMS 2.02 cannot connect to M1XEP

Hello, Been working on this wor quite a while. Seems that overnight it loses connection and the only way around it is to unplug the M1EXP Ethernet Interface and plug it back in - basically hard booting it. Can ping the ip address with no problem. Any suggestions? Thanks Taskman

I have had the exact same problem which started to occur 3 weeks ago. I called into Tech Support and the solution I was given was to reboot the M1XEP as well. I've had to reboot the unit 3 times since. The only solution I was given as a possible workaround was to create an automation task that resets the M1XEP ever few days or so. I hope they come up with a solution for this

I upgraded to latest version of firmware for M1EXP, and everything but ELKRMS 2.02 connects. Rebooting M1EXP does not fix the issue... Anyone else seen this problem? Thanks

In ELK-RP under the M1XEP Setup, TCP/IP Setting Tab make sure Non-secure Port 2101 is Enabled. Un-check and recheck 2101 and send to the M1XEP which will need to reboot. In the RMS Intaller Setup make sure the IP Address is correct and the Port is 2101.
