remote access
Posted by jgalu on 06/13/2009 12:44 PM

I am having problems getting ELKRM to connect to my control. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have the cable lan ip & port 2601 which is fwd, but it cant connect either inside my network or from outide. The M1XEP works as I can connect to the control and the control sends texts and email alerts. Any ideas on what I am missing

ELK-RM connects on the LAN only using non-secure Port 2101 which must be enabled in the M1XEP Setup under TCP/IP Settings Tab. In the RM Setup please try changing the Port to 2101, Save, Connect to see if you are able to connect the system.
