cbus fade rate supported?
Posted by mxcrash on 06/30/2010 01:24 AM

Hi, Just wondering if the fade rate command is supported in the latest ELK RP firmware together with Ness's V3 interface, as I have been unable to get it to work. On, off and "set to xx%" work fine on my setup just cant get fade rate to.

The Ness Clipsal lighting interface this unit connects to the ELK-M1G's Serial Port 0 and receives the ELK ASCII Protocol commands. The ASCII Protocol Lighting Commands do not have the "Fade Rate" variable. The "Fade Rate" setting from Rules only applies when using the M1XSP and certain lighting systems. Even with the M1XSP not all lighting systems support a Fade Rate variable.
